Stopped here on a whim while heading to work on a Sunday morning and grabbed a special combination and bbq pork Banh mi. I've gotta say the combination is one of the best I've ever had. Bread exterior is crispy but not hard and the interior is soft and chewy. The meats were all delicious and the butter and pate complemented everything. I live near white rock and will make the drive again just for their Banh mi.

Nice little place. The banh mi here are cheaper than everywhere else. I think they specialize in roasted leg quarters or something because they sell a ton of it here. The banh mi them self doesn't look like the traditional banh mi you think of. They are however pretty decent and you can't beat a 2.50$ for a chicken banh mi. For a bakery they really don't have a lot of variety. They pretty much sell banh mi, chicken and maybe 2-3 other items. Overall, the staff are nice and the food is good. That's all it matters.

So... I should have gotten a pic of my sandwich. By the time it occurred to me, I had inhaled half of it. Absolutely the best bread for Banh Mi I have ever eaten! Perfect texture. I saw several people taking bread to go, and now I totally understand why. I took Stefani's recommendation and went with the #1, all the way. Well, that was my intent, but as I got a couple of bites in, I quickly discovered that it had no fresh jalapeno on it. Sort of a major 'party-foul' in my book, so I will have to hold back a fifth star. But otherwise - wow. Can't wait to go back for another.
